Opportunities are typed, not just listed. Each one is a different setup with different risk, and the terminal tells you which is which.

FlipThe classic margin trade. Buy at the insta-sell price, sell at the insta-buy price. Net profit already accounts for the 1% GE tax, capped at 5M, and flips are sorted by profit per four-hour buy limit cycle so the biggest movers surface first.

Alch floorThe buy price has fallen below the item's high alchemy value minus the nature rune. Buy on the GE, cast High Alchemy, keep the difference. The profit is fixed, so there is no timing risk.

Dump buyThe five minute insta-sell price has dropped sharply against the one hour baseline while the buy side still holds. A seller flood rather than a crash, and worth acting on quickly.

Crash buyBoth sides have been falling for hours against the six hour baseline. That is sustained demand erosion rather than a one sided flush, so it is the patient play. Research the item first.

HeatingPrice climbing over the last hour on above average volume. Not a guaranteed margin, but a good way to spot items moving before a full opportunity opens up.
